This Is Not a Government Office. We cannot retrieve an official record, conduct a PSP check, correct government data, or accept a Pennsylvania expungement filing.
Need an Official Record?
Match the request to the Pennsylvania office that created or maintains the source:
- State criminal history and rap sheets: use Pennsylvania State Police criminal history channels, including PATCH or the subject Access and Review process
- Court dockets and filed case records: begin with the Pennsylvania criminal court case routes, then contact the filing court for documents
- State inmate or parolee status: use the Pennsylvania Department of Corrections Inmate/Parolee Locator
- Police and incident reports: contact the police department or PSP troop that created the report
- Expungement or limited access: file through the Court of Common Pleas with jurisdiction over the case
- Bookings, county jail records, and local warrants: choose the originating area from the directory of all 67 counties
Pennsylvania does not have one public counter for every record type. For statewide repository questions, use the official Pennsylvania State Police criminal history service. A county Clerk of Courts, jail, sheriff, or police agency remains the correct contact when it holds the original local file.
